One night in Sydney November 12. Ambiance presentation/screening at UTS. See you there?

I’ve been invited to Sydney, Australia to screen the 72 minute teaser and present the project.
November 12.

Text from the facebook event:

Artist and Filmmaker is at UTS for one night only, via Sweden, to introduce his feature length teaser for AMBIANCÉ – The longest film in the world.

Weberg will introduce his 72-minute teaser and talk about his creative process towards his 720 hour opus which is set to screen once only in 2020 as global screen event.

Earlier this month Weberg rendered out Hour 360 of ‘The Longest Film’ reaching the half way mark of this epic screen project. AMBIANCÉ will mark the end of Weberg’s 20 year relationship with the moving image.

Anders Weberg is an artist and filmmaker working in video, sound, new media and installations and he is primarily concerned with identity. The human body lies at the root of projects that formally and conceptually chart identity and its construction as a preamble to broaching matters of violence, genders, memory, loss or ideology in which personal experiences co-exists with references to popular culture, the media and consumerism.

Anders Weberg is a Special Guest of UTS, hosted by the School of Communication, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
